The line is specially designed to process various stainless steel materials into standard wedge / V-shaped profile wire.
Equipped with PLC control, touchscreen HMI, servo drive system and precision automatic take-up, every motor speed is precisely synchronized to ensure stable, coordinated and smooth full-line operation. It is simple and safe to operate, greatly saving labor costs while significantly boosting production efficiency.
