Core Process: Wire Drawing
The core working principle of the machine relies on the wire drawing process:
Round copper wire (or brass wire) is pulled through a series of precision dies. These dies gradually reduce the wire’s diameter while reshaping its cross-section into a standard rectangle, achieving the desired shape and dimensional accuracy.
