This line is a high-speed, high-precision rolling mill series newly launched by Sky Bluer Environmental Technology Co., Ltd in March 2023, brand CRM, model CRM-2023-3, the production line consists of pay-off machine, dancer, straightening system, flat rolling mill, precision profile rolling mill, straightening system, wire take-up, suitable for processing various high-speed steel flat wires, rectangular wires, square wires and other metal special-shaped wires.
The Take-up unit adopts precision take-up system. The whole machine is controlled by intelligent human-computer interaction system, PLC, touch screen and servo. During the operation process, the rotation frequency of each motor is reasonably allocated to ensure the coordinated and stable operation of the entire production line. The whole machine is simple to operate, easy to use, and saves labor costs while improving production efficiency.
