 2-Stage Rolling Mill System

The 2-stage rolling mills follow in sequence and are separated by a dancer unit to buffer and stabilize wire tension between the two stages. Both rolling mills are digitally controlled via the central control unit for precise and synchronized operation.

A degreasing, cleaning, and decontamination unit is integrated to ensure the wire is thoroughly treated as it passes through the system. The mills are equipped with wire feed guides at both the entry (from the decoiler) and exit points to ensure smooth and accurate wire handling.

Each mill features high-precision tungsten carbide rollers designed for flat wire forming, with roller diameters ranging from 60 to 250 mm. The rollers are internally water-cooled, supplied by a suitably sized cooling water tank. Waste oily water is collected and separated in a dedicated oil-water separation tank to ensure proper environmental management.

Online Laser Measuring System – CRM2025-LL

The CRM2025-LL is a compact, high-precision online laser measuring instrument specifically developed to integrate seamlessly with our precision wire rolling mills. With a measuring range of 0.15–20 mm, it offers exceptional repeatability of ±0.1 μm and measurement accuracy of ±1 μm (within a narrow range).

Utilizing a telecentric optical imaging system, this photoelectric diameter gauge is ideal for applications requiring minimal installation space, support for high-speed production lines, and ultra-high measurement precision. Thanks to its ultra-short exposure time, the CRM2025-LL can accurately measure even vibrating objects at high frequencies. It also performs reliably in challenging environments with water vapor, smoke, or dust.
