Continuously Transposed Cable (CTC) production lines are installed at the front end of your enameled production lines, using the "rolling + drawing" process, which involves die drawing, flat rolling, die drawing, and die drawing again, to produce small-sized enamelled flat wires. Features of the CTC Production Line
(1) Power control: The host motor is controlled by stepless speed regulation, which can be adjusted arbitrarily within 5-50 RPM. Wire drawing, flattening, and wire drawing are controlled by separate power + controllers. PLC controls the pneumatic rod scale, which automatically calculates a signal of resistance value change, and the frequency converter automatically adjusts the motor speed to maintain the tension rod stable and adjust as much as possible. The outgoing wire diameter should remain uniform throughout the entire process to maintain optimal tension.
