This cold rolling mill is composed of four rolling stands arranged in tandem to produce Flat DC 01 wire. Our company's newest high-precision rolling mill series from round wire to flat wire contains two or four rollers. Each stand passes the metal through two or four rollers. By using this setup, the wire's thickness will be gradually reduced while its physical properties, such as strength and finish, will be improved. Materials such as DC01 cold-rolled non-alloy steel are particularly suitable for this process.

      Lubrication requirements for the rolling stands:

     Lubrication points should be grouped by units and allow free access.

      The machine should contain a cleaning (washing) unit designed to remove residual cooling and lubri-cation fluid with further hot air drying and polishing.

      Washing solution with a temperature of up to 80°С.

      Hot air drying with a temperature of up to 120°С.

      Polishing by using the 200Х25Х76 CP-FB 5A MED brushes (CF-FB 5A VFN 3M flap brushes)

13) Polishing device with an aspiration system, having a spark arresting system and ignition protection

14) Two-plane straightening rolling device.
