If the flat wire needs to be rolled into four right-angle sides, R≤0.3mm can be met at one time;

2) Water cooling device inside the roller, spray cooling and lubrication during rolling, effectively alleviate the problem of excessive temperature rise of materials during rolling;

Features:

1. The main drive adopts a combination of variable frequency speed regulation and hard gear surface reducer, which has no impact when starting and a wide speed regulation range.

2. The flattening machine and the wire drawing machine adopt advanced linkage speed control device, which greatly improves the operability of the whole wire drawing unit.

3. The wire drum and wire dividing wheel device effectively improves the surface quality of the finished wire.

4. Low energy consumption and high efficiency: Because the unit adopts variable frequency speed control system, it saves 10-30% of electricity compared with the traditional sliding wire drawing unit, and improves the efficiency of drawing large-size wire by about 60%.
