Wire Cold rolling mill is a new type of steel bar cold rolling processing equipment. The machine can process cold-rolled wire rods and cold-rolled coils with diameters between 6.5 mm and 12 mm into cold-rolled ribbed steel bars and wires with finished diameters between 5 mm and 12 mm. The cold-rolled ribbed steel bar rolled by the cold wire rolling mill is a replacement product of the cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire in the prestressed concrete member. In the cast-in-place concrete structure, the grade I steel bar can be replaced to save steel. It is one of the better cold-worked steels of the same kind. If speed regulation is not required during the strip rolling process of the cold wire rolling mill, an AC motor can be used; if speed regulation is required during the rolling process of the cold strip rolling mill, a DC motor can be used.
