The Type Of Stainless Steel Wire Takeup Machine

Shafted take up machines:

Here they rotate the shaft, which in turn rotates for a reel — either through compression rotating until wrapping tight around to hold tension on the cable or else with some version of a positive coupling that locks (on and off) it to the spool.
